# Your CAINIAO warehouse: address, check-in and storage Your China warehouse address carries a personal code that links each parcel to your account. Get it right and parcels check in on their own. Sellers ship there like any domestic order, and the warehouse uses the code to match each parcel to your account. - Keep the personal code exactly as copied. A parcel without it may not check in. - Taobao parcels sync automatically once your CAINIAO account is linked to Taobao. For JD.com, Pinduoduo and other stores, register the domestic tracking number in the app. - Consolidate only after every parcel you want to send shows as checked in. ### Taobao order or CAINIAO app: which workflow applies? The recipient line carries your personal consolidation code; on the US site it starts with UCR. US-route parcels go to CAINIAO's warehouse at Humen Port, Dongguan. Thailand: 90 days free, then ¥1 a day per parcel. - A parcel left for 120 days with no action is treated as abandoned and destroyed. - Sending a parcel back to a domestic seller costs ¥10 for the first kilogram and ¥4 for each additional kilogram.
