## What this site provides

CainiaoHelp is an unofficial reference site, separate from Cainiao and the shopping platforms. It does not sell shipping, track parcels on your behalf or resolve orders.

- Use the seller or selected shipping service for account, payment and delivery questions.
- Calculators use the dimensions, weight and prices you enter; they do not retrieve live rates.

## How information is checked

Service instructions should be supported by the relevant platform or carrier's official documentation. Links beside platform-specific instructions identify those sources.

- Route availability, item acceptance and billing must be confirmed in the selected official service before purchase or shipping payment.
- Listed promo codes are official CAINIAO codes. A forum mention alone is not treated as proof that an offer works.
- Translations should preserve the same scope and qualifications. Main-content revision dates should reflect substantive changes, not a routine rebuild.

## Examples and first-hand evidence

The shopping scenarios and calculator examples are illustrations, not accounts of shipments completed by CainiaoHelp.

- Example dimensions, rates and routes do not establish a carrier policy or a live quote.
- A real case study needs genuine, anonymized records of the route, dates, dimensions, weights and actual charges. No such evidence is claimed for the illustrative scenarios.

## Checking and correcting a claim

No public editorial inbox is provided. For an order or shipment, contact the seller or official service handling it.

- To check a disputed claim, identify the page, the relevant paragraph and the official source that differs. Personal order numbers, identity documents and full addresses need not be made public.
- A factual correction should update the affected language versions and the associated examples or structured data. A substantive revision should also update that page's modification date.

## Promo-code relationships

CainiaoHelp has no commission or other promotional relationship tied to the listed codes. The codes are official CAINIAO promo codes; the discount shown at checkout applies.

- Read the code terms, then confirm the actual discount at checkout before paying.
